HOURS AND OPERATIONS
The hours and operating days of the event may change without notice. Ticket prices and options are subject to change without notice. Attractions and entertainment are also subject to change without notice. Admission to the event may be denied if the capacity is reached. In case of bad weather, Pratt Brothers Christmas may close any of the attractions without notice.
GENERAL EVENT POLICY
Welcome to Pratt Brothers Christmas! We are a family-friendly event and we expect all guests to behave appropriately. Please refrain from engaging in unruly, disruptive, or offensive behavior, including line-jumping and the use of profanity. These actions are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Violating our event policies may result in being asked to leave the event without a refund. For more information, please review the event policies below.
GUEST SECURITY
We take security very seriously at Pratt Brothers Christmas. We may inspect all packages, purses, backpacks, and fanny packs either before you enter or while you are at the event. Please remember that weapons and illegal items are not allowed. To make your entry faster, we recommend leaving any unnecessary items in your car, preferably in the trunk. Note that Pratt Brothers Christmas isn’t responsible for any belongings left in vehicles.
PETS/ SERVICES ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed in the event, with the exception of service animals used by the hearing and visually impaired, or other individuals with special needs. Pratt Brothers Christmas welcomes trained service dogs as defined under Titles II and III of the American with
Disabilities Act (ADA), no other animals are permitted within the event. Service animals must be under the effective control of the handler at all times and all vaccinations for rabies and other common diseases must be up to date.

If the dog is found not to be housebroken, barking or lunging at guests or other service dogs or generally not under control by the handler the service dog and handler will be asked to leave the event without refund.

Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. As such these animals are not permitted.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINK
No outside food or beverage is permitted at Pratt Brothers Christmas. The only exceptions are a sealed/closed bottle of water or individuals with allergy restrictions and infant food.
SMOKING POLICY
Pratt Brothers Christmas is a smoke-free event. Smoking at Pratt Brothers Christmas is strictly prohibited. All smoking restrictions extend to e-cigarettes and similar products.
DRONES (UAVs) / UNMANNED VEHICLE
At Pratt Brothers Christmas, the use of any unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) or drone on, from, or above the premises is strictly prohibited without specific written consent. This rule is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Once entering the event, all guests grant Pratt Brothers Christmas to photograph, record, video, or film them on the property for any reason without payment or consideration.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
FOR THE SAFETY AND RESPECT OF OTHERS, THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

No drugs/substances of any kind are allowed inside

No opened containers of any kind

No professional cameras (this includes small, medium, or large detachable lenses)

No professional video or recording devices

No laser pointers

No fireworks

No weapons of any kind (We reserve the right to determine what is or is not a weapon)

No alcohol of any kind (As with any public event, please be respectful of others. With

safety as a primary concern, all persons entering are subject to search.)

RECOMMENDED DRESS CODE
The event is being held in Rawhide Western Town, which has wood decking, baseboards, dirt walkways, and crushed gravel walkways. Guests are advised to wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and boots are preferable during or after rain. Fun festive attire is encouraged, but full costumes or character impersonators are not allowed. This includes costumes such as Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, the Grinch, and any other attire deemed inappropriate by management.
FIRST AID
The first aid station will be in the center of town. This location will be visible on all town maps. In the event of an emergency, promptly inform a guest service representative, who will then contact the appropriate emergency personnel.
LOST CHILDREN OR GUESTS
Please notify the nearest Pratt Brothers Christmas team member of a lost child. Lost guests will be brought to the guest services booth.
LOST AND FOUND
Any items lost or found within Pratt Brothers Christmas should be brought to the attention of any team member. Lost and Found location will be at the guest services booth. Lost and Found Items will only be kept for 30 days. For more information please contact info@prattbrotherschristmas.com
