Pratt Brothers Christmas at Rawhide is Arizona’s premier light show and family experience. This experience features over 6 million lights, a dazzling light show, a magical train ride, nightly parades, stunt shows, holiday shopping, live entertainment, and much more.

Do you rent wheelchairs or ECVS?
No, wheelchairs or ECVS are NOT available for rent, but we are ADA friendly and accessible.
What shoes should I wear?
The event is being held in Rawhide Western Town, which has wood decking, wood baseboards, dirt walkways, and crushed gravel walkways. Guests are advised to wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and boots are preferable during or after rain. Fun festive attire is encouraged, but full costumes or character impersonators are not allowed. This includes costumes such as Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, the Grinch, and any other attire deemed inappropriate by management.
Are strollers or wagons allowed in the event?
Yes, we do allow strollers/wagons at the event!
Are pets allowed?
Pratt Brothers Christmas welcomes trained service dogs as defined under Titles II and III of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), no other animals are permitted within the event. Service animals must be under the effective control of the handler at all times and all vaccinations for rabies and other common diseases must be up to date.
If the dog is found not to be housebroken, barking or lunging at guests or other service dogs or generally not under control by the handler the service dog and handler will be asked to leave the event without refund.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. As such these animals are not permitted.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
No outside food or beverage is permitted at Pratt Brothers Christmas. The only exceptions are a closed/sealed bottle of water or individuals with allergy restrictions and infant food.
What if it rains?
Pratt Brothers Christmas is open rain or shine. However, we may close the event or some attractions due to extreme weather conditions to ensure the safety of our guests. For updates, please check our social media on Facebook or Instagram @prattbrotherschristmas.
Is Santa free? Do we have to purchase a photo to see Santa?
Everyone is welcome to visit with Santa! No purchase is necessary to see the big guy himself. We do offer a professional photo with Santa that is available for purchase.
